KLM is a family owned and operated Custom Home business.  The letters in the name themselves represent our family.  The owners Matt and Lynda, and their son Kyle are all integral parts of the business and their first initials make up the name.

We originally only provided build on your lot services, but had trouble with losing some clients that just couldn't nail down a plan they wanted.  This is why we started using a design build business model, so that we could design the homes, with the customers, in harmony, as we build.
